He Had Nothing

He sat down and counted, six, seven, eight… This is never going to
work, he thought to himself; write some fiction, let alone in only
fifty words. Subject, subject, come on, think about the past, the
present, fondest memories. But nothing came to him; he sat there
without a submission.
