Crying Wolf

She always threatened to fake her own death.
“I’ve had it! I’m going to fake my own death and disappear.”
One day, she did.
Her body was found floating.
No one came to her funeral. Everyone thought the same thing:
“She’s just faking it. She’s been saying she’d do this for years.”
